You sign a contract and Letters of Authority with MoneySave as your Claims Management firm.
We will investigate whether you paid for PPI and have a mis-selling or unfair relationship claim.
We will compile together all the information in regards to your PPI mis-selling complaint and send it to your creditor/s on your behalf. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
We will negotiate your PPI reclaims on your behalf with your creditors, this will include regular correspondence and helping you to complete a PPI questionnaire.
Your lender will get in contact with either yourself via post or ourselves via email to let us know the outcome of your PPI reclaim and whether it has been accepted or rejected.
If the lender rejected your claims and you would like to escalate the complaint then we will refer the case to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
